No civilians were harmed in this exercise...

 Commercial Sunflower crops are withered and black if not all ready harvested. Ours are still standing ... 

They make the sky seem bluer.
 Indoor and outdoor Tomatoes , We're streching the growing season to the max.



Worth zooming in to this one. Figs are swelling fast.They make a pretty picture.I will top the tree in Autumn to encourage larger fruit next season

Cameos from Marie Therese's garden... Cosmos flowers and Indian marigolds surround a patch of leeks.

Brassicas...Kale, Cabbage and Brussel sprouts, a powerhouse  of goodness. 

Looks like being a hot winter after all.
I haven't managed to over winter Chilli peppers, the green house tunnel will aid the success of this years attempt.
