Transcending the New Crown Virus....
They will call it "British Disease", the vector historically seeded into the mainstream poste war progress world wide being the English language. We are being advised to,"follow the science". I laugh,(excuse me). One wonders what field of science they are alluding to. Political science is little spoken of. Manipulation and control of the population, a narcissistic and sociopathic tool in the hands of a bewildered and confused Government administration. Flying monkies to the all powerful faceless paymaster, the Crown. They may speak English, but can you trust their word? A post industrial population, a relic of former glory may not even trust their own language,"common use will excuse you from the high table". Slang, patois, regional expressions all lose intrinsic meaning with time. Even the implied intended meaning of the letter of the Law is fading into the prejudiced amnesia of popular cliché and ambiguous overspun political rhetoric. Legal definitions are mutating fast.
Embittering times in the Blighted Isle. I mourn for my former homeland. Tears shed for the living.Prisoners of their mobile devices. Deluded into thinking that they are an alternative to Main Stream Media, (MSM).Abandoned worker population subjugated by WASPISH forward planning. Think what you like... Your right to do. Here are your options , do this or do without. Your choice as to what you will be held blameworthy. G.C.H.Q. or C.I.A., N.S.A. and many other Government sponsored agencies world wide will have monitored and recorded your transmitted data before the message reaches it's intended destination.Being "right" by today's moral criteria is no assurance that you won't be persecuted in the future for being "wrong". What flavour do you want your Koolade to taste of. The choice is yours. Ask the clickbaiting talking heads on the internet.
I have been trying to make the internet work for me with minimal success. Resolved now to ressurect my original old school skills. Using my original laptop. A block of note paper and a pen. The old fashioned way affords a more satisfying humane experience. Greater privacy assured, less energy expended often wasted. Stabbing at the keyboard is not writing.The state seems to have abandoned handwriting as well as a fluent understanding of it's own first language within the common education curriculum. I have seen the results. I heard a past Home Secretary years back stating that Grammar is not important as long as the student can articulate it's views. FAIL.... All sense all meaning lost or misunderstood.

Relearning to write with a broad nibbed Osmiroid 65 fountain pen.
There's more satisfaction in the doing of the task than single finger keyboard stabbing. Typing isn't writing. We learned handwriting with an Osmiroid dipping pen in the early sixties. I don't recall any rebellious resistance to learning back then in my primary school. It was a matter of pride to see our well presented penmanship displayed on the classroom wall.I have Been practicing with a pen who's reservoir has perished. I have to dip it , in my practice sessions. The last drop of Quink ink too. I still have a few word miles to cover before my obsessive scribbled rantings may be fit for the exposure of publication. The practice brings back the joy and enthusiasm I had as a child in primary school. I will repair the pen soon and may have to source the "right kind of paper", the surface of the stuff I have now seems more suited to blazing biros. Perhaps I am just mishandling the pen. The down side of writing with a ball point is the likelyhood of going too fast. Overtaking one's own thought process. I call it over shooting the runway. With a broadnibbed pen the thought is closer to the manifest fine motor function. Maximising care in penmanship is an aid to thoughtful writing.
Chances are I will post hand written copy as photographs. That should reach new hights of disinterest. Some of the writing I will read out loud. Pointless the reader putting their own mentally approved voice in place of mine. My voice would be closer to the expression of my intended meaning. Some things need saying out loud. I have heard my written words being read out loud by someone who acted as though he believed he had got my message, used the work in public performance, sounding to me as if he was taking the p!!!. That won't do.

Number Ten of the Nothing to See series will be the end of the giveaway tootling flute practice.
The next in the series will feature,"The Bum With the Drum", Bodhran practice. The exercise will do me good. I will be selective about what gets posted.I am not sadist.
Busking the Oblivion zone with the Empty Hat Band... What would happen if only the Drummer turned up?No need to imagine. Drumsong is what you'd get. It'll take me a while to get some way back on form. Here's Hoping you don't find the practice sessions too punishing. I use the recordings to monitor my progress or lack of it, always with a critical ear. If you enjoy the noise I make , share it with your friends.

Corona Nouvel...U.K. variant. Would you 'King Billy Vid?...
Yes folks, the new improved varient is stronger and more lethal than that flimsy short lived Asian type. The only "jab" they have tested adequately is the Placebo. No bad after effects, allows the bodies natural immune system to function without constraint. Often a better success rate than the new vaccines.
Perhaps the new bug could be called the Corona Corona Virus, in memory of Winston Churhill's Margaret Thatcher's and Jimmy Saville's favourite smoke. Will Brexit bring back British Standard Whitworth. Imperial measure and pounds shillings and pence? Just wonderingin thewhimsy of a museThe Blighted Isle doesn't look healthy from this side of the Quarantine moat.

Knife Crime... They keep confiscating my Opinel.
Lawful intention whilst in possesion , transporting a knife from one life supporting job of work to another is not criminal. You can't blame Brussels for badly worded Law. The Brits appear to be forgetting their own language. Groundless suspicion , born of idle fantasy or popular group delusion without corroborative substantiative evidence that there is an intention to harm, that there is a perceived threat or risk to others, or evidence that harm or damage has been done must be regarded as an unwarranted intrusion, targeting an individual without due cause, a breach and abuse of statutory power.
Our "Smudge" sets a good example. Does he look terrified? No paranoid delusions there.Relaxing in his untroubled mind in front of a roaring stove is what he does best...I. WAZIR.

Hello Sweden... You"ve just driven me back into the nostalgia zone.
Just looking at the stats map... 95 hits over the holiday. Just unearthed the memory of the "Wriggling Snake" Swedish alphabet jigsaw puzzle.I still have the original silk screen. The snake was a short lived product. It stopped existing when I was displaced from my home back in 1995. I hope the kids that received the toy got some beneficial joy from it in their early learning experience. I wonder how many of the original puzzles still retain all their pieces. A miracle of childhood chaos if any survived.Contact me if you find one. Thanks.
A sad thought, I spent years of my life, back in the day, working for Santa as a wooden toy maker . He's never even sent me a card in all the seasons of good will that since passed.
