Institutionalised racism in U.K. Health Service...(Updated in the light of current crisis from 2012).

Xenophobia perhaps, or just linguistic ignorance. Generally masked off with a candy coated p.c. facade. Individual staff may not even be aware they are being racist or that historic flaws in existing law may cause them to act contrary to their self perceived altruism. Just exactly how aware are the institutional executives of the ambiguous nuance of some English language phrasing?
The Law regulating medicines, has a heading : "British National Formulary Limits".
In the instance of the misuse of drugs commonly known as Chemical Cosh,
Neuraleptics or anti psychotics there is a warning against using them on people with certain verifiable medical conditions warning also that it is unlawful to administer certain medications that may cause irreversible damage. Britain has a multitude of ethnic genotypes . A great deal is known,to the extent that it is common knowledge at least amongst the greater body of world health professionals, that some drugs may have a radically adverse effect on Asian and Eurasians A greater chance of permanent injury or fatality.
So British Asian/Indian and Eurasians are put at greatest risk.Live in fear, live with permanent damage  or die.
P.C. Little Englander attitudes are the dominant personality in the serving institutions a vestigal out dated and discredited relic that threatens the peace and homeland security of British society. In no one's interest to ignore.The unreconstructed P.C. Liberalism that dare not speak it's name. A return , an insurgence for want of an accurate word of the same morally compromised Chamberlainian thinking that was prepared to make a pact with Herr Hitler, is still deeply ingrained. Iznibz can substantiate iz claim. Unmandatable ideologies practice without regulation or restraint, it isn't medicine, it is unlawful and illegal. Practiced on the nod in Britain for years. Nothing so far has been done that would ensure the cessation of the inhumane abuse of trust.
The same institutional malpractice that was frowned on by the Crown and common folk alike when the old USSR, silenced dissident speakers is a well kept secret in the Blighted Isle that is used beyond it's intended purpose, summary justice, without trial. Cruel and unusual punishment indeed.An abuse of the contingency contained within the Human Rights Act. Far in excess of all medical or clinical need.
they may not reason that: " The end justifies the means" no matter how popular the practice.  Lest we forget...Medicine is not intended to be used as a weapon of law enforcement nor is the threat that the contingency of chemical cosh may pose to marginalised individuals and minority groups. Against both the intended spirit and the letter of the Law.
Teresa May take notice. So too the shadow home secretary. This is not a partisan issue. All sides, all parties are culpable of gross neglect of their duty of care . The Nelsonian view will not do.
