A Bitter Peace...

A bit of mud, rocks and whatever diverse variety of green stuff that would grow in support of our lives. It's a place, not a thing. Home Ground. We're not waiting to be rescued by administrative incompetants. Aeriel images would show little of a lateral ground view, nothing  that would fill a bag with  intelligence, the edible kind. The garden hides in plain sight.

It suggests to me it wants steps at the entrance....Don't rush me.
Explosion...
First bud of the climbing rose. To be trained over an arch and joined to the Boxwood hedge on the other side .
Gooseberries... I had forgotten about these. They appear to be thriving by my neglect. Healthy plant, an abundance of fruit. I'll take cuttings for propagation once the harvest is done.
Growing spuds by the "Bee hole" method.Holes filled with soil, now straw mulch, next, grass clippings
All prepared for a busy Summer. Go with the flow, Grow with the hoe. Sweet corn, Swiss Chard, Onions left to self sow . Runnerbeans and cucumbers are graced by Sweet Williams daisies andNasturtiums
White Campions camoflage the Runner Beans. Scarlet Emperor grown from rhizomes, (super early)
Nasturtium on the rocks...
Pop in again, see you soon.
