One year of growing. It was the biggest and the best,I can't deny it it's moment of glory.Cascading blue, untidily in every direction.Out living most of this years lettuce.There will be a small forest of seedlings left behind, once the parent has gone. Until then it protects the nursery territory with mottled shade , creating its own ambient microclimate.The safest place a child may grow is by the parents side.
