Couli is the favoured use for these Blackberries, delicious as a topping for vanilla ice cream. The fruit is ripening fast.
Sunflowers, standing proud inspite of gales, the chickens will love the seeds when ripe.
Ripened seed pods of Nigella,Silver birch seedlings, A white convulvulus(?),..Bindweed... We tolerate it to a point, the white trumpets are beautiful, the tendrils can choke out other plants.. It doesn't take much work to weed it out , get in there early but enjoy the flowers, coming soon.
Hazels will get brown off with merely "Green", soon enough,. Then we'll have em.Meanwhile, they are filling up.
Purple flowering and red flowering runner beans go well together, I wouldn't be surprised if they cross breed. I am not forcing the issue.
