That reminds me...
Grown from previous seasons' seed stock, our bean varieties appear to be cross breeding. This lot is in the freezer now. Future harvests will be frozen or dried. The last crop will be stored by type, the largest and most healthy of each identifiable geno type for next year's seed stock. Sorted by colour. I got big lump stews on my mind.
The white flowers are "Greek" beans, the red are Scarlet Emperor.
