Beetroot for pickling....

The big ones will be sliced and bottled seperately from the small roots.

 Enough time to chance sowing another crop. There is plenty more maturing in the garden. Grated raw for salads, cooked as a side vegetable or in Borsch soup,or liquidised with carrot and apple for a delicious drink,Beetroot is a winner every time.
